1. Respect for Copyright

We own or license all content broadcast on bksp.fm. Music is licensed via FILSCAP. We do not knowingly host or stream infringing material.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

To report infringing content, send a written notice to copyright@bksp.fm including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material on bksp.fm and its location.
  • Your contact information, including full name and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly investigate and remove or disable access to the identified material where appropriate, in accordance with Philippine copyright law and IPOPHL procedures.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to copyright@bksp.fm with the same identifying details and a statement consenting to local jurisdiction.

5. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating access for users or partners found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
