We collect only the information necessary to operate our 24/7 radio stream, podcast, and sponsor services:

• Contact data you voluntarily submit — name, email, startup name, tech stack, and pitch-deck URLs via our 'Submit Your Startup' and sponsor inquiry forms.
• Job-application data — name, email, portfolio links, and message content sent to careers@bksp.fm.
• Usage data — pages visited, stream quality selected (128k/320k), listening duration, and approximate aggregate listener counts.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, and PWA install state, collected via server logs and analytics (Microsoft Clarity).

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data to deliver and improve our broadcast services, review startup submissions, respond to sponsorship and hiring inquiries, comply with KBP and FILSCAP licensing obligations, and maintain platform security. We never sell your personal data.

3. Legal Basis (Data Privacy Act of 2012)

In compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a service you requested, and our legitimate interest in operating a licensed broadcast platform. Sensitive personal information is processed only with explicit consent.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for PWA state and audio-player persistence, and analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity) for session recordings and heatmaps that help us improve the site. 5. Data Sharing & Sub-Processors

We share data only with trusted service providers that support our operations — email delivery, analytics, and streaming infrastructure — under contracts that require confidentiality and data protection. We do not disclose personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.

6. Data Retention

Form submissions and job applications are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, then deleted or anonymized. 7. Your Data Privacy Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, to object, to access, to rectify, to erase or block, to data portability, and to damages. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@bksp.fm.

8. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards — encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and server-side secret management — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information consistently.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact privacy@bksp.fm for prompt deletion.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the 'Last updated' date above. Continued use of bksp.fm after changes constitutes acceptance.
